Grown-up agreement
A parent or legal guardian should review these terms and supervise younger children. By allowing a child to use the service, the adult confirms that they are authorised to make that decision.
Age guidance
The platform includes games for different ages. “3+” is not a label for every game and is not a guarantee that every child of that age will find a game suitable. Follow each title’s age label, instructions and the child’s individual needs.
Educational limits
Artiena Games offers recreational learning activities. It is not a school, accredited course, examination, clinical assessment, therapy or medical service. We do not promise a particular educational, developmental or health outcome.
Permitted use
You may play the games for personal and household use. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, disrupt, automate attacks against or remove ownership notices from the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability and changes
Games may be updated, paused or removed to improve safety, performance, compatibility or content. We may correct scores or disable a feature that is being abused. We do not guarantee continuous availability on every device or browser.
Gameplay may be unavailable in countries where classification, registration, distribution or other local requirements are still being reviewed. Selecting a different country does not authorise a person to bypass an applicable restriction.
Healthy play
Children should use Artiena Games in short, supervised sessions and take regular breaks. Parent PIN approval allows another short session; it is not a recommendation for unlimited play and does not replace a grown-up's responsibility to consider total screen time, sleep, movement and the child's individual needs.
Intellectual property
Artiena Games, its original artwork, code, characters, titles and design elements are owned by or licensed to Artiena LLC. These terms grant only a limited right to use the service; ownership is not transferred.
Responsibility and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will always be error-free. Nothing in these terms removes consumer or child-protection rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law. Questions may be sent to hello@artiena.com.
This is a launch-ready operational draft and should be reviewed by qualified UAE and target-market counsel before the public child-directed service goes live.
