Artiena Games Privacy Notice

This notice covers Games.Artiena.com and the browser games published there by Artiena LLC, United Arab Emirates.

Our launch promise

Artiena Games is designed so a child can play without creating an account or giving Artiena a name, email address, phone number, date of birth, school, photograph or precise location. We do not sell personal information and do not use child data for behavioural advertising.

Information a game may keep on the device

A game may use browser local storage to remember a best score, completed level, accessibility preference or sound setting. If a grown-up enables parental controls, the browser also stores the control choice and an encoded version of the four-digit passcode. The selected current country, daily limit, daily usage, passcode, setting and active-play timer remain on that device and are not sent to Artiena. They are safety tools, not age verification or proof of legal parental consent. A parent or guardian can remove them by clearing website data in the browser.

Technical delivery and security data

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may process limited technical records—such as IP address, browser type, requested page, time and error information—to deliver the service, prevent abuse and keep it reliable. Artiena does not use those records to build a child profile, rank a child, personalise advertising or track a child across unrelated services. Retention should be limited to what is reasonably required for security and operation.

No advertising or social tracking

The launch site contains no third-party advertising network, social media plug-in, personalised marketing pixel, public chat, payment system or newsletter form directed at children. We do not knowingly allow third parties to use the games to profile children.

Game-specific notices

Each game must follow this platform baseline. If a title needs a different permission or data practice, it must display a clear game-specific notice and complete the required parent-consent process before that feature is enabled. The stricter notice applies where the two differ.

Parents’ and guardians’ choices

Because the launch version does not ask a child for an account or direct contact details, Artiena does not expect to hold a child profile for a parent to review or delete. A parent can clear local game data at any time. If you believe a child’s personal information reached us, contact hello@artiena.com. Please describe the concern without sending more personal information about the child.

International access

The site may be available internationally and technical processing may occur where our hosting providers operate. Child-privacy requirements differ by country. We apply a data-minimising baseline and may limit or adapt features for particular regions.

Before gameplay, we ask a grown-up to select the country or region where the service is currently being accessed. That selection is kept in browser storage to apply the availability rules. We do not request precise GPS location through this control.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice before making a material change to child data practices. Features such as accounts, cloud progress, communications, user-generated content, camera or microphone access, personalised advertising or child-level analytics will not be added silently.
